Customer Experiences at Star Autoworks
Highly recommend Star Auto Works in Warners Bay! I recently had my Mercedes-Benz A180 serviced by Renny and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, the service was thorough, and everything was clearly explained without any pressure or unnecessary upselling.
I was referred to Renny by Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle, who suggested him as a more cost-effective alternative for my 17-year-old Mercedes. It’s easy to see why they highly recommend him—Renny used to be one of their head mechanics who decided to start his own business, so his expertise with the brand is second to none.
I've had a intermittent SRS seatbelt warning light problem for a couple of years. I have asked Mercedes about it but they didn't seem to want or be able to help. When pressed, Mercedes told me about Star Auto Works.
I'm glad they did. Renji had the problem diagnosed in minutes, he ordered the part and a few days later, installed it.
All for less than the Flagfall wanted by Mercedes. Thank you to Renji. I now know where to go for Merc service!
When we left, Renji was mopping the floor! and we brought no mud. Amazing.
Undoubtedly the most competent Mercedes Master Technician in Australia. Renny has my 2008 ML320 running as new, due to his wonderful understanding of the electronic structure , components and failure areas of an amazing range of Mercedes vehicles. A softly spoken, sincere, absolute gentleman. It's a pleasure to know you Renny.
Renny is very knowledgeable and a friendly guy. I don’t feel like he is trying to upsell me or do unnecessary work. Reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend his services.
