About Us

My Story

At Star Auto Works in Newcastle, Mercedes-Benz isn’t just my specialty—it’s been the core of my life’s work. Starting as a young 17 year old trainee mechanic in the local Mercedes-Benz dealership in South India, I was captivated by the elegance and engineering of these cars. After a year of advanced training at Mercedes-Benz factory with engineers from Stuttgart, I set out on a journey to master every aspect of Mercedes-Benz repairs. Over the last 15 years, including a considerable time frame with a Mercedes Benz Newcastle dealership, I gained invaluable knowledge and certifications, including Master Technician and Electric vehicle repair.

But I wanted something more a chance to create an independent service where Mercedes-Benz owners could feel confident their cars were receiving care that matched the brand’s excellence. That’s why I founded Star Auto Works, an independent repair service dedicated solely to Mercedes-Benz cars and Vans. Here, I bring my experience and dedication directly to local owners, treating each car as if it were my own, ensuring that our community has a trusted place to keep their vehicles running beautifully for years to come.
